Community

We are committed to the development and management of our mining operations with an aim of maintaining sensitivity to local cultural and community expectations.

As such, we work closely with the various local stakeholders. This includes consulting with the landholders of Mt Cuthbert Resources and Copper Resources Australia regarding operational requirements.

Consultation with the various heritage, land use, and community stakeholders will continue throughout the life of the operations of the Mt Cuthbert Resources and Copper Resources Australia projects, which will enable us to better manage any heritage impacts or land use and community impacts associated with both projects.

The positive social impacts pertain to new employment opportunities, training and skills development for the workforce at both Mt Cuthbert Resources and Copper Resources Australia, indirect employment and business growth for services providers locally and rates and royalty payments for local and state governments respectively.
